Samsung galaxy s9+ samsung galaxy s9 ; huawei mate 10 ; google pixel 2; new phones. xiaomi mi max 3; *solved* stuck in "android is starting optimizing app 1 of 1" every reboot. how can i find the app that is causing this issue? is there a log somewhere? android apps and games.. I get a quick android is upgrading, starting apps just for a sec though after each reboot. installed 17 old apps i had backed up on my sd card to test. rebooted and i get android is optimizing 100 of 116 rebooted several times with the same message. appears that even after a full factory reset i still have the problem..
